We highly recommend Luke. He listened and took on board everything we needed for our website both in how it should look and operate but especially when it came to the woocommerce section which was complicated. He made it easy to use and has and continues to help us improve as things change. Its taken all the stress away so we can concentrate on our customers and we have peace of mind that its being monitored and well looked after. Thanks Luke.

I have been with Patrick internet for a number of years now and they have never, ever failed to resolve any of the problems extremely quickly.

In particular I had the following problem recently that was really my fault as I created code that caused my mailbox post email to Yahoo to identify and class it as Spam.

This has now been resolved once I fixed the code and Yahoo email is now being correctly to the Yahoo Inbox.

In summary the following is what I posted and unfortunately waisted Patrick Internets time.

Ticket in summary below this line.
##########################

I have carried out the following checks:

SPF: PASS
DKIM: PASS
DMARC: PASS
Outgoing server IP: 185.151.28.66
MXToolbox blacklist check: Listed on NoSolicitado (1 out of 60 blacklists checked)
Spamhaus, SpamCop and Barracuda: Clear
Could you please investigate:

Whether the outgoing IP address has any reputation or deliverability issues.
Whether the NoSolicitado blacklist listing requires attention.
Whether there are any known delivery issues between your mail servers and Yahoo Mail.
Whether any server-side corrective action is required.

If Google gave out medals for “making my business look good online,” Patrick Internet would be standing on the podium by now.

Patrick Internet built the location‑based SEO website for BDC Structural Engineering Ltd, and the results speak for themselves. We went from “Where are you on Google?” to “Oh wow, you’re everywhere.” Clients find us easily, the site actually makes sense (a miracle in itself), and I no longer have to pretend I understand SEO at dinner parties.

Patrick Internet somehow manages to explain complicated internet wizardry in plain English, is ridiculously responsive, and clearly cares about getting real results, not just ticking digital boxes.

If you want a website that works harder than you do and quietly brings in business while you sleep, Chris and Luke are your guys.

Highly recommended… and yes, I’d still say this even if he wasn’t my friend 😉

As a cynical person, I’ve always thought SEO was the “healing crystals” of marketing. It’s just a load of nonsense. I’m never going to rank above my biggest competitors, so put your magic beans away, they don’t do anything.

Luke took the time to calmly and patiently educate me about SEO, from a position of expert knowledge. He advised me on a new approach to SEO, focused on localised search results, rather than trying to be the first name on google for “video”.

Game changer.

With Luke, I’ve developed and deployed a series of SEO pages focused on specific regions of Bristol, curated for my local target market.

Luke led through the whole process on what to include, like content, maps, web forms etc, and generated all the written copy based on a comprehensive and thorough research stage. He was also completely cool about integrating my existing web dev into the project.

As a result of this, I now have a professional web presence for the first time in 10 years of business. Local leads can find me easier, and Luke’s played a critical role in helping me develop a proper sales funnel.

Luke is a very intelligent, capable, and friendly business owner. SEO is not just a load of “chakras” nonsense, and I can highly recommend Patrick Internet to anyone.

In July 2024 we made the decision to try Luke’s local website SEO after he delivered a very impressive presentation. It was reasonably priced, and Blossom HR had not tried SEO so we thought “why not!” We have been absolutely delighted with the project and the service we have received. Luke has been a joy to work with; he is responsive, very experienced in this area and goes the extra mile to ensure that the SEO works effectively.

It took a few months to start working (which Luke advised us) but over the last 3 months we have started to receive some great website referrals, many of which have converted to brilliant clients for us. We recently purchased additional locations and plan add to our portfolio even more over the following months.

I will be recommending Luke and Patrick Internet whenever the opportunity arises and would like to thank Luke again for supporting Blossom HR over the last year. We look forward to working with you going forward.
